Kids Krav (6 - 12 yrs old)

Our Krav Maga Self Defense Kids program is a fun, encouraging alternative to traditional martial arts classes for kids. Instead of forms or kata, our Kids Krav Maga program teaches tools and techniques tailored for situations that commonly confront kids at school, on the playground, and in life. In our classes, we stress awareness, self-defense, fitness, and confidence. By focusing on these real world needs, kids are engaged in the learning process.

Women's Krav

A women’s only Krav Maga Self DefeClass teaching the no nonsene IDF system of hand to hand defense.  Krav Maga is the official hand to hand combat and self defense system of the Israeli Military. Its brutal and effective techniques are focused solely on real world situations. Open to women age 13 and up.

Combative Jujitsu

Combative JuJitsu was derived from Combat Judo. Combat Judo was originally developed to address the needs of military personnel facing new hand to hand combat challenges. Combative JuJitsu revives the more dangerous Jujitsu techniques seeking to quickly defeat the opponent, allowing the option to finish with more drastic techniques, enabling the defender to focus on the next attacker.
